Magical Moments
Join us at T2F for an experimental evening of magic, juggling, and tabla
Zach Warren is a graduate student at Harvard Divinity School, a juggler, unicyclist, laughter researcher, and joke collector for The New Yorker magazine. He has been invited to perform his circus antics for venues ranging from the White House to the only nightclub in Afghanistan. Zach is also on a mission to help a children’s circus for refugees, orphans and children suffering from violence in Afghanistan. He works with street children in the summers, helping them to relearn how to play after the trauma of war, using play and skill-based self-confidence tools to help children develop their own voice.
Irfan Hyder, a promising young tabla player, has accompanied ghazal singers, jazz bands, and visiting French artistes. He has also played fusion music with Abbas Premjee and is currently an accompanist to Tina Sani.
