2013 marks the 50th anniversary of the release of the Beatles’ first album ‘Please Please Me’. Released in 1963, the album stayed at number one in the UK for 30 weeks, only to be knocked off by the Beatles’ follow-up album, ‘With the Beatles’. The release of this first album sparked the start of Beatlemania, during which time 11 out of 12 of their albums made it to number one in the UK.
The global influence of the Beatles is immeasurable and 50 years later, we’re still mad about them. Join E Sharp, Meaner Mann, Faraz Nadeem, young musicians from CAPA, and Omran Shafique as they pay tribute to the Beatles in a back-to-back rock ‘n’ roll celebration.
Seats are limited and will be available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. No reservations.
