Iqbal Diwan, a senior government official, has a sensation in the making with his just published first book, “Jisay Raat Lay Uri Hava”. A loosely structured memoir, freely mixed with a loose sally of his imagination, Iqbal’s book takes an irreverant and not-so-discreet look at interesting people and happenings, spilling the beans and making interesting revelations.
